Highland Beef and Pepper Skewers – Serves 3


600g Highland Grilling Steak

4 table spoons marinade (we used caramelised onion balsamic vinegar from Wildon Grange)

1 large red pepper

To make Highland Beef and Pepper Skewers:

  • Cut the steak into 1-inch squares and place in a basin;
  • Add marinade and stir;
  • Stand for a minimum of 1 hour, ideally 3 hours;
  • Cut the pepper into 1-inch squares;
  • Put the meat and pepper onto skewers;
  • Grill for about 5 minutes each side (or more if you want it well done);
  • Serve with salad.
